Whenever you have a roadside breakdown emergency, we are here for you to help you get safely off the highway and into a reputable repair shop in a timely and efficient manner. Sometimes the event can be upsetting, so here’s a few tips to help make the rescue process smooth and as seamless as possible. Have this information ready when you make your call for help.

  1. Know where you are.
  2. Check your phone or GPS and get your exact location, and your direction of travel if possible. We can’t help you if we can’t find you, and the quicker we can get to you the safer we all will be.

  3. Where you want to go.
  4. If you have a preference in the mechanic or shop where you’d like your car to be delivered, please have that ready when we arrive. The length of the tow could help us to determine what kind of truck to send, or which type of help would benefit you best. If you don’t know any local shops, our drivers are very familiar with local shops and can help with suggestions if you like.

  5. Color, make and model of your vehicle.
  6. Sometimes, severe weather and/or larger accidents involve more than one vehicle at a specific location. Help us find you quickly by providing make and model information, and especially color of your vehicle.

  7. Auto Club or Insurance information.
  8. Some clubs or insurers want this information before we can dispatch service to you, so have this information ready when you call. Ideally, you have a place in your vehicle with information in case you have an accident, this is the perfect place for towing information as well.

We’re here to help you whenever you have a roadside emergency. Our goal is to help you as quickly as possible, with the safety of your family and our service responder in mind. Please help us to help you when the need arises.
